  • When you call our office, your call will be answered by a real, live human being. (We dislike voicemail as much as you do!)
  • We will greet you by name when you arrive at our office.
  • We will schedule call back times with you to eliminate “phone tag”
  • When you meet with anyone in our office, they will remain focused on working with you on the issue at hand; whether it’s service related, a retirement income plan, or a new investment idea.
  • We will have a wide assortment of hot and cold beverages on hand for you to enjoy.
  • If you must leave a message or send an email before 3:00 on any business day, we will get back to you that day. After 3:00 we will do our best to get back with you the same day, but some days we will get back to you by noon of the following day.
  • When you become a client, True has developed a step-by-step process to make your transition as smooth and easy as possible.
  • As a client, we work with you to create your customized review schedule; whether by phone or in person.
